The 2008 Southern Sportsman's Expo*, the south's largest hunting, fishing, and outdoor show, comes to the newly renovated Louisiana Superdome March 27-30, 2008 in New Orleans. This expo is so large, it takes the Superdome to hold it!
The show will have everything for the outdoors, located under one gigantic roof, over 166,000 sq. ft. of exhibit space! This is one show you don't want to miss.
Whether you hunt, fish, camp, spend time on the water, or just love the outdoors, you'll find all of the latest products, equipment, and vehicles - even book your next great adventure here at the Southern Sportsman's Expo.
New this year! Sportsman's Expos joins forces with the nation's premier fishing tournament series, The FLW. The FLW Redfish Series East/West Open Pro-Am will have over $370,000 in prize money with a weigh-in held each day at the show. The FLW stage is over 11,000 sq. ft. and the first of it's kind event will be televised nationally on Fox Sports Net.
Additionally, this year's show will have pro guides and outfitters on hand to answer all your questions on the latest hunting and fishing techniques, industry experts presenting seminars on the Sportsman's Expo Stage, the latest hunting, fishing and marine products and accessories on display by all the top manufacturers, 4 x 4 vehicles, ATV's, RV's and so much more.
2008 show dates and times are:
- Thursday, March 27: 4pm - 10pm
- Friday, March 28: 4pm - 10pm
- Saturday, March 29: 10am - 10pm
- Sunday, March 30: 10am - 6pm
